We follow no return, no exchange policy. Our pre-logistics system ensures having a quality check before sending off orders to our logistics partners. Our customer representative reach out to our clients and inform them once item has been shipped. We verify orders before we send off the items for delivery. Hence, we don't have a record of returned items.
